Information We Collect

We store account details, project metadata, diagrams, generated images, and diagnostic logs necessary to provide and secure the workspace. Optional telemetry or payment data is collected only when you opt into related features.

How We Use Data

Apparition AI uses your information to operate the product, improve model quality, enforce rate limits, and support customer requests. We may anonymize usage patterns to understand performance, but we do not sell personal data.

Sharing & Storage

Data is stored on trusted cloud providers. We only share information with service partners (such as authentication, billing, or AI model vendors) who are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Public share links expose read-only diagram states and should be used with caution.

Your Choices

You can delete projects, revoke tokens, or close your account at any time. Guests can clear their browser cookies to remove the anonymous ID that links diagrams to their device. Contact support for additional data requests or disclosures required by law.
